David Herrick has a long track record of building powerful global brands with ethics and purpose at the core. As a senior executive in the marketing communications industry and as a counselor to C-suites, Boards of Directors and brand marketing executives, David’s strategies have powered and managed the reputations of many of the world’s leading companies.
David’s experience includes corporate, consumer, employee and issues communications for brands ranging from U.S. Bank, Walgreens and Bristol-Myers Squibb to Samsung, Subaru and Ford Motor Company.
Previously, David served as U.S. President of Cohn & Wolfe, one of the world's largest public relations and marketing communications companies and Chief Operating Officer of MWWPR, an international public relations firm.
Herrick also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Diabetes Association, where he is Chair Elect.
Robert is a recognized marketing and communications expert with a focus on technology-driven, integrated campaigns. He has worked with the world’s leading brands including Nike, Samsung, L’Oreal, and HP, among others. Robert was recently included in the Holmes Report’s list of the industry’s top 25 innovators.
Robert has held senior industry roles including president at FleishmanHillard where he managed the agency’s East region and brands including HighRoad Communications, Lois Paul & Partners, and TogoRun. Robert was president at Weber Shandwick where he also managed the technology practice. In addition to his agency experience, Robert has worked in the content, technology and consulting industries.
Considered an “up and comer” by Forbes magazine, Shawn Amos, son of Wally Amos (Famous Amos cookie brand), attributes his diverse background to growing up in the colorful Hollywood landscape. As a contributor on Bloomberg West TV, Amos is known today for his expertise in brand marketing. In a world of 24/7 media, people and companies are having a difficult time competing and standing out in the marketplace. Amos speaks to the need for content mindfulness, creating a storytelling culture, and authenticity in the 24/7 real-time race for relevancy. TEDx, Abbvie, AT&T, Devries Global, and Gallo are among the brands that have invited Amos to speak and lead workshops.
Prior to entering the marketing world, Amos was an A&R executive at Rhino Entertainment and vice president of A&R at Shout! Factory, where he produced and recorded multiple Grammy-nominated projects. He produced broadcast, DVD and audio titles for legacy artists ranging from Heart to Quincy Jones, for whom Amos later ran the Listen Up Foundation. He serves on the board of directors for Santa Monica performing arts center, The Broad Stage and South Los Angeles social & economic activist organization, Community Coalition.
Shawn has also received critical and popular acclaim as international touring blues singer, The Reverend Shawn Amos
Lavanya has more than 15 years of international communications experience leading strategic campaigns for global companies.
Her experience includes creating and executing local and multi-country integrated campaigns for global brands, universities, and not-for-profits. She has represented companies such as Microsoft, Black & Veatch, Texas Pacific Group, Wipro Technologies, and U.S. India Business Council. She was the primary driver in building the global brand and recognition for Wipro Technologies and its Chairman Azim Premji.
Previously, she was Managing Director at Gutenberg, responsible for strategic direction and expanding operations in the United States, United Kingdom and India.
Her work played a significant role in winning the PR Week award for “Best Technology Product Launch” for MSN India in 2003. Lavanya also received the PR News “15-to-Watch” Award in the Agency category in 2009.
